Announcement for 2014 Commencement

 1. Date: Friday, February 21, 2014 starting from 12:30

 2. Venue: Lyu Keun-Chul Sports Complex(N3)

 3. Participants

    o Graduates those who graduated on August 2013

    o Expected graduates on February 2014

     ※ All graduating students must arrive before 13:00 at the following places;

       – Bachelor’s Degree: Auditorium(E-15)

       – Master’s Degree: Chung Moon Sool B/D 1st Floor(E-16)

         – Doctor’s Degree: School of Humanities &Social Science B/D(N-4), A/V Room

             ※ The flag bearer will escort you to your assigned seat and you will march in procession.

                        ※ You will be presented individually with the diploma on the stage

                 You can not leave the place during the ceremony

 4. Final Report Submission

    o Final Report Form

      – http://portal.kaist.ac.kr → Notice Board → Foreigners→ download

      – Department Office

       ※ Must fill out the career after graduation

                             o Deadline : You should submit the final report to Department office by January 3, 2014

 5. Graduation Gown Rental Service

     ▦ Rental

      o Period : Feb. 18 ~ 20, 2014 (10:00 ~ 17:00)

      ※ Not available on the day of commencement (Feb. 21, 2014)

      o Place: Student Center(N12), 2nd Floor

      o Rental Fee: 10,000won

        – Account Number: Post Office 312512-01-000015 (한국과학기술원)

      ※ You must pay rental fee first then submit your deposit slip to rental office.

     ▦ Return

      o Period: Feb. 21, 2014 (16:00 ~ 18:00) and Feb. 22, 2014 (10:00 ~ 12:00)

      o Place: Student Center(N12), 2nd Floor
