– Title : Designing and exploring super functional materials and devices using evolutionary and deep learning methods

– Lecturer : In-Ho Lee[Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science(KRISS)]

– Abstract:

Using evolutionary learning methods and generative models, I will introduce quantum materials design cases and 5G frequency-selective filter design cases.
Specific research cases will be briefly discussed, including solar cells, LEDs, superconductors, topological superconductors and 5G frequency-selective filters.
In this talk, I’ll highlight how artificial intelligence technology has been used to design previously unimaginable super functional materials/devices.
