Prof. Joungho Kim Nominated as 2016 IEE Fellow

Prof. Joungho Kim from our department was nominated by the IEEE EMC Society to be an IEEE Fellow starting from January 1, 2016.

His field of contribution is ‘Modeling signal and power integrity in 3D integrated circuits.’
