Dr. Wanyuan Qu, who received a Ph.D. from our department, was appointed as an assistant professor of electrical engineering at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China in September 2017.
Zhejiang University is one of the most prestigious universities in China, and the appointment of Dr. Qu is also of great significance to our students.
Professor Qu has graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2006, and he entered Professor Sang-Gug Lee’s lab at Information and Communications University (ICU) which is in Korea and completed his master’s degree in 2008.
After graduating, he worked for Silicon Works in Daejeon, Korea. In 2012, he entered a Ph.D. course at Gyu-Hyeong Cho’s lab at KAIST Electrical Engineering.
