The Korean Institute of Communication and Sciences (KICS) held the award ceremony of 2006 summer conference of KICS at Inha university on November 18, 2006.
Hyoungmoon Kwon (advisor: Professor Iickho Song), a Ph.D. student of Department of Electrical Engineering of KAIST, had the honor of receiving the best paper award.
