Mehdi Saligane 박사는 STMicroelectronics 에서 엔지니어로 근무하였으며, 미시건 대학의 Blaauw/Sylvester 연구 그룹과 길게 교류하며 회로의 동작 및 안정성 향상을 위한 설계 기법, 센서. 제어회로 등 다양한 아날로그/디지털 회로 연구를 성공적으로 수행했습니다. 현재는 미시건 대학에서 Assistant Research Scientist 로서 독립된 연구팀을 이끌고 있습니다. 구글과 NIST에서 연구비를 확보한 상황이며, 버클리 대학의 Boris Murmann 그룹과도 협업 진행중입니다. SerDes, Cryogenic circuit, Power management, Analog 설계 자동화 등 연구를 계획중이며, 이를 위해 analog / mixed-signal 회로 설계가 가능한 박사 졸업자 및 학생을 급히 찾고 있습니다. 추가로 디지털 회로 및 시스템, 프로그래밍 등에 대해 기초 지식이 있으면 더 좋습니다.

I am looking for postdocs or collaborators that have experience with SerDes, LC osc., etc…
The work I need help with is a 5gbps SerDes using open source tools (in Skywater 130nm). I am collaborating on this with Google and NIST as well as a few other topics.
I am generally interested in postdocs but I am open to other possibilities. I made this description :
– Solid understanding and experience of designing analog mixed signal circuit blocks including Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-cap circuits, ADCs, DACs, Oscillators, Filters
– In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
Nice to have:
– Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques
– Experience with high speed digital circuits (e.g., serializer, deserializer, counters, dividers, etc.)
