서민재 박사 (류승탁 교수랩), 가천대 전자공학과 조교수 임용/Dr. Min-Jae Seo appointed as an Assistant Professor at Gachon University

KAIST 전기및전자공학부 류승탁 교수님 연구실 졸업생 서민재 박사가 가천대학교 전자공학과에 2022년 봄학기부로 조교수로 임용되었습니다.

서민재 박사는 “생체 신호 획득을 위한 고해상도 및 저전력 축차 비교형 아날로그-디지털 변환기 설계”라는 주제로 2019년 박사학위를 수여 받았으며,

가천대 임용 전까지 삼성전자 메모리사업부에서 NAND Flash 메모리를 연구하였었습니다. 향후 연구 관심사는 혼성신호회로, Compute-in-Memory, 아날로그 설계 자동화 등입니다.

Dr. Min-Jae Seo is appointed as an assistant professor at the Dept. of Electronics Engineering, Gachon University.

KAIST EE graduate Dr. Seo from Professor Seung-Tak Ryu’s lab joins the Dept. of Electrical Engineering at Gachon university as an Assistant Professor from the Spring of 2022.

Dr. Seo earned his Ph.D. degree with the topic of “ High resolution & low noise SAR ADC design for biomedical signal acquisition” in 2019. After graduation,

he joined Samsung Electronics and developed NAND Flash memory. His research interests are mixed-signal circuit design, CiM, and design automation of mixed-signal circuits.
