EPSS는 최적화된 맞춤형 교육을 위하여 별도의 “반도체학제전공” 교과과정을 개발하였으며, EPSS 학생은 반도체학제전공과 소속 참여학과의 교과과정을 동시에 이수하도록 하여, 졸업 후 입사하여 기업에 바로 기여할 수 있는 “이론과 실무를 겸비한 인재양성”에 목표를 두고 있다.
