Title:
S/W Engineer (Daejeon)

Responsibility:
Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs
software programs and control algorithm for our new match and generator
products. Develops software applications using high level programming languages
and analyzes and determines system software test standards and procedures with
close cooperation with hardware engineers.

Requirements:
Main Responsibilities : DSP firmware
programming

Major : Electrical/Electronic or Computer
Engineering, Electronic Calculation

Experience : 2-6 years
Mandatory Requirements : DSP firmware
development experience, RS232 serial communication program experience, C
language(Advanced)

Preferential Conditions : TI Code Composer
Studio , Freescale CodeWarrior, Analog Devices VisualDSP++, CodeVisionAVR
firmware development experience, Microsoft Visual C++/C# GUI development
experience, NI LabView/LabWindows CVI experience, Matlab Simulink, Xilinx FPGA,
Zynq and VHDL experience

Title: Sr.
Principal Electronic Engineer
(Daejeon)

Design and productize leading edge, high efficiency RF
power equipment for thin films processing such as RF generators or matching
networks. Exploit knowledge or existing technologies for new RF products such
as electric match.

Key
Responsibilities:

· Design
and productize leading edge, high efficiency RF power equipment for thin films
processing.

– 100kHz to 100MHz frequency
range (with future work at higher frequencies)

– Power amplifier topologies
(Class A/B, Class C, Class E, Class D, etc)

– Passive subassembly designs;
filters, combiners, dividers, etc.

– Electric switching; varactor,
FET, pin-diode, etc

·
Verify design margin through the use of circuit simulations and bench testing

·
Improve design robustness by participating in FMEA (failure modes and effect
analyses) and DFx (design for manufacturability, assembly, and servicability)
exercises.

·
Analyze design variability for 4 statistical design margin in manufacturing

·
Thoroughly document and explain designs to peer reviewers, internal and
external customers

·
Oversee and participate in test-to-specification and reliability qualification
tests

·
Comfortable with subassembly and system level integration/trouble-shooting.

Key
Requirements:

· MSEE or equivalent and 7+
yrs experience in RF or switch-mode power electronics

·
Experience with circuit
simulation tools (e.g. SPICE, Agilent ADS, Microwave Office, etc)

·
Ability to understand and manage
tradeoffs between cost, performance and power density

·
Good writing skills
(specifications, test reports, engineering analyses, etc)

·
Excellent organizational skills a
must

·
Excellent interpersonal skills
and ability to work in a team environment with purchasing, manufacturing
engineering, etc.

·
MS or PhD degree in a technical
discipline highly desirable

·
High Power Amplifier and Matching
Network design experience

·
Ability to use RF simulation
tools

·
Basic understanding of plasma
physics related to semiconductor manufacturing
