본 강의에서는 먼저 Poisson process, renewal process, CTMC, DTMC, IBP, IPP, MMBP, MMPP 등 통신망 및 트래픽 모델링에 필수적인 확률 과정을 다루고, 이어 마르코비안 큐, M/G/1 priority, retrial, 및 vacation 큐 등 주요 큐잉이론 및 그 응용을 다룬다.
