김용대 교수의 자율주행차 관련 연구 결과가 하드웨어 보안 전문 학회인 CHES 2017에 채택되었습니다.

(CHES: IACR Conference on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems)

이 연구결과는 외부광원을 이용하여 시판중인 라이더(LiDAR) 센서에 대한 임의 거리의 허상 생성, 물체 감지기능 불능화 등이 가능함을 실험적으로 입증한 것으로써, 실험에는 메이저 차량용 라이더 제조사인 벨로다인의 최신 라이더 제품이 사용되었습니다.

Sohn Ji-yong, Byung-Joon Choi, and Sung-Hwan Yun, Ph.D. students in the Prof. Jae Kyun Moon’s laboratory, won the Best Paper Award at IEEE ICC 2017.

The IEEE ICC 2017 is the largest conference in the field of communication, and the Best Paper Award is given to only one of the 64 papers in the Communication Theory Symposium.

문재균 교수 연구실 박사과정 손지용, 최병준, 윤성환 학생의 논문이 IEEE ICC 2017에서 Best Paper로 선정되었습니다.

통신 분야에서 제일 큰 규모의 학회인 IEEE ICC 2017에서 Communication Theory Symposium의 64편 발표확정 논문 중 1편에만 주어지는 Best Paper Award를 수상하게 되었습니다.

and officers, professors and researchers from research institute, universities and government institution participate to

share ideas and to talk about recent trend about information security. 

Prof. Kim was awarded by the minister of science, ICT and future planning honoring his devotion for information security.
