Dissertation Evaluation for the M.S. Program
➀ Request for evaluation: Submission of the form "Master’s Thesis Committee Members and Evaluation Schedule" [Attachment 4] to the EE Office(E3-2, (1F)Room 1212) by within the given period of time.
※ Registration in the「Thesis Management」tab on the Graduation System
Portal → Academic System → Graduation System → Thesis Management → 1. Register basic information of the thesis (student) → 2. Thesis proposal (student) → 3. Evaluation committee information (student) → 4. Thesis evaluation (person in charge in EE)
- Reservations for seminar rooms are made directly through the intranet by students themselves, and reservations can be made 2 month before the defense date.
➁ Submission of dissertations for evaluation: Submission to the Dissertation Committee(committee members)by within the given period of time
➂ Evaluation period: by within the given period of time
➃ Submission of the evaluation report: Submission to the EE Office by within the given period of time
Request for the Dissertation Evaluation Fee [Attachment 5]: For part-time or external evaluationcommittee members (Submission to EE Office)
⑤ Submission of printed dissertations: within the given period of time
A. Printed dissertations: 2 hard bound copies and 2 soft bound copies.
※The dissertation title printed in the final copy must be identical to the dissertation titleon the Graduation System.
B. Consent for electronic dissertations: Submit the printed form after registering the electronic dissertation on the library website.

- In principle, all printed dissertations will be openly accessible. However, if there is a special reason for them to not be, please submit the form ‘Request for the Non-Disclosure of the Printed Dissertations’ [Attachment 6] with the non- disclosure reason and period along with your printed dissertations, to the person in charge in the EE Administration Office.
