Professor Sung-Yool Choi has been awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Research at the 13th International Nanotech Symposium & Nano-Convergence Expo (NANO KOREA 2015).
Choi’s receipt of the award is in recognition of his research team’s development of transfer process and synthesis technique of graphene and 2-dimensional semiconductor devices, which is expected to open up the possibility of graphene commercialization.
The awards ceremony will be held on July 1 at NANO KOREA 2015, and will be reported in a number of press outlets on the same day.
