Research Goals and Vision
The nanotechnology and materials science research at the KAIST School of Electrical Engineering aims to develop advanced nanoscale devices for next-generation electronic systems. This research focuses on new materials and next-generation device development, covering key areas of future electronics such as logic, memory, sensors, power devices, and RF/mmWave devices.
