학부사무실에서는 2024년 2월 졸업예정인 석·박사과정 학생을 대상으로 교과목 이수 여부를 확인하고자 하오니,
2024년 2월 졸업예정자는 연구실별 전체 취합된 예비사정표 엑셀파일 및 서명스캔본 (해당학생 및 지도교수님 서명) 작성후
학부 담당자에게 8/21(월)까지 이메일 송부(ljk0902@kaist.ac.kr, 제목 : OOO교수님 연구실기재요망)하여 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 학부사무실 리모델링 관계로, 서명 문서는 스캔본만 이메일 접수합니다.
[작성시 참고사항]
ㅇ 2024년 2월 졸업예정자는 제출 기한내 필히 제출
ㅇ 예비사정표 작성시 2023년 가을학기 수강신청 과목까지 포함하여 작성
ㅇ 학번별 이수요건은 반드시 학부 홈페이지(https://ee.kaist.ac.kr/graduates_req)를 참고하시기 바랍니다.
ㅇ 각 랩에서는 예비사정에 누락되는 학생이 없도록 졸업예정자를 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
(졸업예정자가 없는 랩에서는 “대상자 없음“으로 email 회신 요망)

Announcement on the Graduation Requirement Checklist for Prospective M.S. and Ph.D. Graduates of Feb. 2024
Dear Prospective M.S. and Ph.D. Graduates of Feb. 2024
The administration team is making sure that students graduating in Feb. 2024 have completed the M.S. and Ph.D. course requirements.
For students who are graduating in Feb. 2024, Please submit both the attached Excel file and the signed scan(signed by students and advisor) of the entire laboratory “Pre-screen for graduation form”. via email (to ljk0902@kaist.ac.kr, “OOO professor’s lab“ as the title)
by Aug. 21(Monday).
※ Due to the remodeling of the EE department office, Please submit the signed scan only.
[Important notes]
ㅇ Students graduating on Feb. 2024 must submit the forms in time.
ㅇ Preliminary statement must include the courses that the students are taking in Fall semester of 2023.
ㅇ Please refer to the department’s website(https://ee.kaist.ac.kr/graduates_req) for graduation requirements for each year of entrance.
ㅇ Each lab must make sure that all the students expected to graduate are included in the email. (If there are no graduating students, still, please send an email to us with the following phrase: “Not Applicable”)
