2022년 8월 졸업예정자는 연구실별로 예비사정표(별첨파일)를 작성후 학부 담당자에게 이메일 송부
(ljk0902@kaist.ac.kr, OOO교수님 연구실로 제목 기재요망)하여 주시고, 출력 후 신청학생 및 지도교수님 서명을 받아
2022. 2. 25(금)까지 학부 행정팀(이주경, E3-2, 1층 1212호)으로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. (서명 원본 및 파일 제출)

ㅇ 예비사정표 작성시 2022년 봄학기 수강신청 과목까지 포함하여 작성
ㅇ 학번별 이수요건은 반드시 학부 홈페이지(https://ee.kaist.ac.kr/graduate-req/)를 참고하시기 바랍니다.
ㅇ 각 랩에서는 예비사정에 누락되는 학생이 없도록 졸업예정자를 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. (졸업예정자가 없는 랩에서는 “대상자 없음“으로 email 회신 요망)

Announcement on the Graduation Requirement Checklist for Prospective M.S. and Ph.D. Graduates of Aug. 2022
Dear Prospective M.S. and Ph.D. Graduates of Aug. 2022
The administration team is making sure that students graduating in Aug. 2022 have completed the M.S. and Ph.D. course requirements.
For students who are graduating in Aug. 2022, please send the <Pre-screen for Graduation> for graduation (attached) via email
(to ljk0902@kaist.ac.kr, “OOO professor’s lab“ as the title) and submit a printed copy with the student’s and the professor’s signatures to the administration team
(이주경, E3-1 room #1212 on the first floor) by Feb. 25th, 2022(Friday).
[Important notes]
ㅇ Students graduating on Aug. 2022 must submit the forms in time.
ㅇ Preliminary statement must include the courses that the students are taking in Spring semester of 2022.
ㅇ Please refer to the department’s website(https://ee.kaist.ac.kr/graduates_req) for graduation requirements for each year of entrance.
ㅇ Each lab must make sure that all the students expected to graduate are included in the email. (If there are no graduating students, still, please send an email to us with the following phrase: “Not Applicable”)
