2022년도 8·박사 졸업예정자 논문심사 일정 안내

 

2022년도 8월 석·박사 졸업예정자 학위논문심사 일정을 아래와 같이 안내드리며,

박사 논문심사는 EE 박사논문심사제도 변경에 따라 20198월 박사졸업부터 논문심사 후 논문심사 결과보고서 및 심사요지 제출이 시스템 직접 입력으로 변경되었음을 안내드립니다.

(심사위원명 익명 처리, 인쇄본 제출 불필요)

 

석사 졸업예정자

심사 신청 5.6()까지 석사학위논문 심사위원 및 심사일정(첨부4)을 학부(담당자)에 제출

포탈학사시스템졸업관리시스템 학위논문 관리작성

학사시스템 졸업관리시스템 학위논문관리 1.논문기본정보 등록(학생) 2.논문계획서(학생) 3.심사위원 위촉(학생) 4.논문심사(학부 담당자)

심사용 논문 제출 : 5 27()까지, 논문심사위원회(심사위원장, 심사위원)에 제출

논문심사 기간 : 6. 17()까지

논문심사결과보고서 제출 6. 24()까지 학부 담당자에게 제출

ㅇ 논문심사료 청구서(첨부5) : 비전임직교원 및 외부기관 심사위원이 있는 경우 학부(담당자)에 제출

인쇄논문 및 학위논문 이용 동의서 제출 : 6. 30() 7. 1()

ㅇ 인쇄논문 : Hard Bound 2, Soft Bound 2(Hard Bound 2부는 반드시 실인 날인)

    인쇄논문 제목은 졸업관리시스템 논문 제목과 동일하여야 함.

ㅇ 전자학위논문 이용 동의서 : 도서관 홈페이지에 전자학위논문 등록 후 출력하여 제출

   – 인쇄논문은 공개함을 원칙으로 하며, 공개할 수 없는 특별한 이유가 있을 경우 사유 및 기간이 명시된 인쇄학위논문 비공개 요청서’(첨부6)를 인쇄논문과 함께 제출

      – 전자논문 제출 관련 문의 : 학술정보개발팀 T.4491

 

박사 졸업예정자

제출서류 : 심사용 논문(pdf 파일) 박사학위청구논문 심사 요청서(함께 제출)

ㅇ 제출 기한 : 논문심사 15일 이전 18:00까지 제출하되, 심사용 논문 제출 기한인 4. 29()까지 제출

  1) 415() 논문심사 : 15일 이전인 41() 18:00까지 제출

2) 519() 논문심사 : 심사용 논문 제출 기한인 429() 18:00까지 제출

 

ㅇ 제출 방법

심사용 논문(pdf파일) : 상기 제출기한 내에 학부 담당자에게 email(ljk0902@kaist.ac.kr) 제출하면 학부 담당자가 논문심사위원회에 전달

박사학위청구논문 심사 요청서 : 졸업관리시스템학위논문관리 ‘4. 논문심사요청내용 입력 후 하단의 출력메뉴에서 인쇄하여 제출 기한 내 학부 담당자에게 제출

학부에서 논문심사 1주일 전 논문심사 일정을 학부 교수 및 대학원생에게 email 공지

공지를 위하여 비대면의 경우 ZOOM링크 회신 바라며, 발표 관련 abstract, CV도 제출 요청.

 

논문심사 기간 : 6. 15()까지

심사결과보고서 제출 : 6. 20()까지

ㅇ 논문심사결과보고서 및 심사요지

심사위원장 및 심사위원은 졸업관리시스템학위논문관리논문심사에 심사요지 및 총평 입력 후 저장 (심사위원명 익명 처리됨)

ㅇ 학과인정저널 게재논문 증빙(구제도 심사 해당자) 제출

졸업관리시스템학위논문관리‘6. 학술지정보에 내용(공저자는 본인 포함) 입력 및 학부(담당자) 에 제출

학술지 게재논문 증빙: 해당 논문 표지포함 3~4page 제출

다수인 공저시 기여도 의견: 저자가 본인 포함 5인 이상인 경우만 출력하여 제출

(졸업관리시스템학위논문관리– 6.학술지정보 하단의 출력 메뉴에서 인쇄하여 제출)

Notice on Graduation Dissertation Evaluation for Prospective Graduates (M.S., Ph.D.) of Aug 2022

 

The schedule of the graduation dissertation evaluations for prospective graduates (M.S. and Ph.D.) of August 2022 is announced as follows. Please plan and prepare your graduation accordingly.

 

Dissertation Evaluation for the M.S. Program

Request for evaluation: Submission of the form “Master’s Thesis Committee Members and Evaluation Schedule” [Attachment 4] to the EE Office(E3-2, (1F)Room 1212) by May. 6(Fri).

Registration in the Thesis Managementtab on the Graduation System

Portal Academic System Graduation System Thesis Management 1. Register basic information of the thesis (student) 2. Thesis proposal (student) 3. Evaluation committee information (student) 4. Thesis evaluation (person in charge in EE)

Submission of dissertations for evaluation: Submission to the Dissertation Committee(committee members) by May. 27(Fri).

Evaluation period: by June. 17(Fri).

Submission of the evaluation report: Submission to the EE Office by June. 24(Fri).

Request for the Dissertation Evaluation Fee [Attachment 5]: For part-time or external evaluation committee members (Submission to EE Office)

Submission of printed dissertations: June 30(Thurs) ~ July. 1(Fri)

A. Printed dissertations: 2 hard bound copies and 2 soft bound copies.

    The dissertation title printed in the final copy must be identical to the dissertation title on the Graduation System.

B. Consent for electronic dissertations: Submit the printed form after registering the electronic dissertation on the library website.

   In principle, all printed dissertations will be openly accessible. However, if there is a special reason for them to not be, please submit the form ‘Request for the Non-Disclosure of the Printed Dissertations’ [Attachment 6] with the non-disclosure reason and period along with your printed dissertations, to the person in charge in the EE Administration Office.

     For any inquiries on submitting the electronic dissertations, please contact the Academic Information Development Team T. 4491.

 

Dissertation Evaluation for the Ph.D. Program

Documents for submission: Dissertation file for evaluation (PDF file) and the form “Request for the Evaluation of Dissertation for the Doctoral Degree

A. Submission period: Before 6 PM, 15 days prior to the evaluation date, but by 6 PM,

April. 29(Fri) at the latest, which is the submission deadline for the dissertations for evaluation.

Example 1) Dissertation evaluation on April. 15(Fri) . : Submission 15 days prior to the evaluation date, by 18:00, April. 1(Fri).

Example 2) Dissertation evaluation on Fri. May. 19(Fri): Submission by 18:00, April. 29(Fri), the submission deadline for dissertations for evaluation.

 

B. Submission process

Dissertation file for evaluation (PDF file): Submission via email to the person in charge in EE Office (ljk0902@kaist.ac.kr) and the staff will deliver it to the thesis committee members by the above submission period.

 

Request for evaluation of Dissertation: Submission to the EE Office by the above submission period.

After entering the required information in ‘PortalAcademic SystemGraduation System4.Request for Dissertation Evaluation’, click on the print tab below, and submit the printed form.

The dissertation evaluation schedules will be officially announced to EE professors and students via email, one week prior to the evaluation.

In case of non face-to-face, reply to the zoom link information and also submit the CV, abstract of dissertation evaluation for the notice.

 

Evaluation period: by June. 15(Wed).

Submission of the evaluation report: Submission by June. 20(Mon).

A. Report on the Ph. D. Dissertation Evaluation and Comprehensive Examinations

B. Summary of the Ph. D. Dissertation Evaluation

The Chairman, and the members of the Evaluation Committee should each enter the evaluation summary on the ‘Graduation System-Thesis Management-Thesis Evaluation’ (The names of the committee members will be anonymized)

 

C. Request for the Dissertation Evaluation Fee [Attachment 5]: For part-time or external evaluation committee members (Submission to the person in charge in the EE Administration Office)

D. Additional documents to submit for students following the old system (with the journal requirement)

Enter the required fields (include yourself in the co-authors list) in the Graduation System Thesis Management‘6. Journal Information’ and submit the following.

– Documentary evidence of the accepted/published journal (3-4 pages)

– Opinion on the contribution ratio for multiple authors (print out and submit the form in case of five or more co-authors including yourself)

Submission of printed dissertations: June 28(Tue) ~ June 29(Wed)
